Complete scam. Ordered during black friday an then communication since. Ive tried emailing, calling, social media. Even spamming Instagram to get a response. Finally got a response via Facebook saying to call the cell I have repeatedly called! An that they are an ex employee running the official Facebook account. SCAM
A wonderful and rewarding experience with the two attentive sales ladies, Mariana & Joita on Monday 14th July at the Remuera store. Such a store wide variety of their full range of attractive shoe designs and styles. Felt like a kid in a candy store as I meandered through their huge range of shoe options, with the majority of them temptingly discounted. Wonderful service provided to meet my need for the correct shoe size and fit. A very satisfying experience. Thanks ladies ... will be coming back again. Wide smiles from Robin. Went into the Remuera store today. I don’t usually shop here but a pair of shoes caught my eye in the window. Served by a lovely young dark haired girl. Even though the store was busy and she seemed to be on her own she remained unflustered, attentive and very helpful. So refreshing to have decent retail service its hard to find these days.
Always a world-class welcome and first-class service from Sarah and the team. I always feel very at home. It's always a great laugh and plenty of great shoes. Highly recommend a visit.
Great customer service from the young girl in here, however sadly let down by the bitter old hag. Way to lose sales, will stick to Scarpa in future.
Poor customer service. I had the not so pleasure experience of being looked after over the phone by Penny, that had a rude tone and instead of listening to what I was saying tried to give me a lecture on how I should have bought a pair of shoes that was clearly mislabeled on the website. Not impressed
Where do I start? I had such a lovely experience buying a quality pair of boots from here! The staff member, Stephanie, was exceptionally patient and kind in helping me try on various boots before I chose the perfect pair! She didn’t rush me and I did ask to try on quite a few pairs, but she was patient with me and even recommended a few that made my decision even more difficult to choose from. The atmosphere of the store was also pleasant. I definitely recommend not only the quality of the shoes from Robin Pierre, but the staff are friendly and the store environment is pleasant.

This store has been in Remuera for a very long time and I always find shoes here that I just love. They have a fabulous range of stylish ankle boots at the moment so well worth h a visit. The store is always nicely merchandised a very clean and tidy
