I can't speak highly enough of this store, and the staff within it. The last time I was in there I was warmly welcomed, and given all the information on the relevant specials at the time. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses, which were exceptionally well priced, and the whole process was seamless. Can't highly recommend this store enough.
I recently had my eyes tested and got new glasses, and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the process. From the eye exam to selecting the perfect frames, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I’m thrilled with my new glasses and highly recommend their service!
Very friendly and helpful service from choosing frames, to applying to Southern Cross for payment. I believe I got great value for money and it was handy to get my hearing tested at the same time. The staff made sure I left happy even though my prescription isn't quite right and I have to have another test. I'm happy to go back. Communication is key in customer service and your staff excel at it. Thank you!
The team at Spec Savers Northwest are fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that are happy to take the time to listen and answer questions. Great selection of glasses to choose from and have some pretty decent sales too which is helpful.
Great experience. They picked up on eye problems I did not know about with their advanced technology and eye tests. Very helpful and informative. Also the glasses were great value for money, as well as the excellent care and service I received.

The staff were very friendly and were very thorough during both my eye and hearing tests. They explained everything that was being done and why. The attendant was very patient while I was trying on various different styles of glasses. My return visit was very fast for the collection of my glasses without having to wait at all.
