Went to white cross next door for a sprain and had an X-ray herein July!!. The doctor told me that they can’t see anything serious but radiology would get back to me with more details if they see anything. I have had painful physio trying to sort it out and wrong therapy because We were treating it as a sprain because well I was going to be notified if there was anything on the X-ray. months later I found out that I have a bone spur. Did they call, txt email? No. I could have had proper treatment if they took a minute of their time to do their job. If you want to know if something is wrong, I would not recommend this place. Now that I know I have made the right appointments no thanks to you.
I was sent to Alevia Radiologyy via ACC. I must be getting old because the three amazing young women didn't look old enough to be so smart, professional, knowledgeable, along with the wisdom and itelligence to be empathic if needed, and have a good laugh at my jokes. These are the kind of women, another woman needs taking care of her health needs. Thanks lovely ladies! Hopefully I won't be back to soon in the future, but I know you are there if need be.
Brought my son in today for a X-ray after an accident. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I believe the radiographer’s name was Mark (young European guy with glasses), very friendly, communicated with my son and I throughout the whole process and was just absolutely wonderful. Thank you very much ☺️ you are appreciated.
Dropped in for x-rays. Good carparking. Comfortable, clean, and tidy waiting area. Staff were friendly, prompt, easy to communicate with, and incredibly caring and respectful. Would highly recommend!
Friendly, informative staff. Good central location with parking under the building. Would definitely use Mercy Radiology again if I need an x-ray.

Called up today needing help from the contact centre team, this lady that I spoke with needs a PAY RISE! Super helpful, very patient, so kind and honestly was just a massive help. I’ve never written a review in my life but thought this was worth it. Life saver!!
Staff were lovely and supportive during an xray that wasn't entirely comfortable after my accident! They were efficient, friendly and helpful - I was in first thing in the morning too, so I barely waited 2 minutes to be seen!!!
The lady that served me on Sunday the 4th of June 2023 made me feel more comfortable than any medical establishment I have ever been in before and that says something. So kind and sweet and just made me feel comfortable. I hope she gets recognition. She’s the best!
