   I absolutely love this place! I come here every two weeks for my facial care, and it’s always such a relaxing experience. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. Queenie and her team (Millie) are amazing — they use advanced, up-to-date equipment for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, and they really know how to take care of your skin. I’ve been coming for about a year and a half now for regular treatments, and I’ve truly noticed a visible improvement in my skin. They recently did a skin test for me, and it showed that my skin age is actually 10 years younger than my real age — something I’m really proud of! All thanks to Queenie and her wonderful team.

   Response: Good try to redirect attention away from the key issue, owner. And what is not kind and honest about my review? I'm fortunate to understand what you and your employee said in Chinese, not everybody will have this luxury. You and your employee need to get on the same page regarding what promotions you offer. And my final piece of advice: if your employee tells a potential customer to email for more information, then take the time to respond to that email. That's just good business practice. This place lies so be careful if you choose to go with them. Called and spoke with someone who told me about a facial promotion (buy 2, get 1 free). She asked me to email the clinic so she could send me the promotion details. 11 days after not receiving a response to my email, I called back and the owner answered. She told me they never offered this promotion and that I must have heard incorrectly. But after I insisted the other lady was very clear that it was buy 2, get 1 free, the owner asked her employee (in Chinese) "did you offer a buy 2, get 1 free promotion" and the employee responded "didn't you tell me it was buy 2, get 1 free?" The owner yelled at her and then got back to me on the phone, saying one more time that nobody ever said that to me and I must have heard wrong. Well, I understand Chinese so I knew she was lying to me. I'm writing this review to warn other people that they knowingly lied to me about their pricing and put the blame on me for "misunderstanding" a promotion. I can only imagine what other lies or excuses they would come up with if one of their treatments went wrong. Stay away if you're looking for an honest clinic.
