   I recently had to take my pup Kibow to Vets at 77 and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. From the moment we walked in, the staff were calm, compassionate, and incredibly professional. Dr. Jay quickly assessed his condition, kept me updated throughout the process, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. The were thorough and gentle, and it was clear they genuinely cared about his wellbeing. Even though it was a stressful situation, Dr. Jay's reassurance and expertise gave me so much confidence. The follow-up instructions were clear, and they took the time to make sure all my questions were answered before we left. I’m truly thankful for the team here they treated our Kibow like their own and helped him get back on the road to recovery. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent pet care.

   Love the team at Vets At 77. Always so welcoming. Such a calm environment for the animals. Knowledgeable team who really care about what they do. We use them frequently due to being in rescue and have always loved our experiences. So great to have an emergency clinic close by.

   This vet is fantastic. We started going here when my usual vet didnt have space to see our dog who had cancer. We have been going here ever since. They always have space avaiable, The times are great for working people, the prices are below what i used to pay at the other vet. DrJay is an excellent vet who knows his stuff. My girl who is usually not too happy when visiting the vet didnt even flinch with Dr Jay and his calming bedside manner. I will definitely continue to come here as my usual vet now, they are wonderful.

   Not happy. Took our 18 year old cat in as sadly it was time for her to go. They charged us $50.00 more than they quoted the day before though to be fair they did refund that difference. They took the cat to another room to sedate her and would not let us be with her. The whole point of the process was for us to be with our family member of 18 years in her last minutes. But she was taken away, sedated and then bought back drugged up. They then euthanized her and she died immediately. We are gutted we were not with her through the whole process. We wanted her to have us there but she was taken away to a back room and injected so we could not comfort her and she had strangers holding her. Not a cool way to go. Scared and alone. Unhappy customers and a poor review from us.

   Id like to thank Dr.Jay & his team doing such a wonderful job on our kuri Wilson, who needed a massive lump in his ankle removed...they also added in extras while he went into surgery & cleaned him up real good...super friendly service...my whanau & i are greatful Wilson is happy...thanks again x

   This place is amazing. Our dog Bandit needed emergency surgery to remove an obstruction from his intestine. He is incredibly afraid of vets and Dr. Jay and his staff took special care to prep him his own private recovery room and were super gentle with him. He did amazing work removing the obstruction and his sutures were so good that Bandit barely has a scar. Dr. Jay and his team stayed well past 2a until Bandit was recovered and ready to go home with us. I can't say enough about the excellent care Dr. Jay and his wonderful staff provide. Thank you for taking such good care of our Bandit.

   Amazing place! Friendly staff went in for X-rays & medicine highly recommend bringing your pets here lovely service and handling with pets always keeping us updated with our male cat who has suffered damage to his pelvis we live in Mangere and make the travel , so worth it ❤️
