The best place for a very sick pet that needs urgent treatment. Communication has been excellent, couldn't ask for better care and recommendations. All the staff are incredibly kind and empathetic. A special shout out to Mitch, who offered amazing support and the best care for our wee boy.

My boy has just finished 7mths of chemo with VSA. I was a bit reluctant at first as I was worried about the stress on him but the team were awesome. Everyone from reception, nurses and vets were totally amazing. So kind, caring and supportive and even gave him a wee gift and this great pic when he graduated from treatment. He wouldn’t be here today without their care and I honestly couldn’t fault the service. Recommend them 100%

We took our cat to VSA this Wednesday. The service was good and surgery was fast. However, after my cat got stitched up, she had a collar on to prevent her from licking and kicking the wound, and I was quite worried about if my cat would take off the collar so I had asked the vet about this concern particularly but the vet just said it’s ok just keep an eye on her. I hesitated for a second but I had to take vet’s advice. Afterwards, we took our cat home and it was already nearly 1am in the morning. We went to sleep. Then we heard the noise at about 6am in the morning and found out the cat took off the collar then we put it back. We waked up in the morning at about 8am and found the cat took off the collar again and the stitches loosed up a lot! We were very worried so we had to take to the cat to our regular vet. At last, our cat had to be put anesthetics again and get stitched up again. It cost us $500 more, let alone the second harm to our cat. I don’t know why VSA use this useless collar that ruined all the hard work. Hasn’t it never happened before?

we took my kitty to get her eye checked (she was squinty and was teary for a couple of days) because our vet was all booked until early july. girls at the reception were nice and kind. we had to wait a while because, understandably, other fur babies needed to be seen quicker. the check up was thorough (she went for a couple of tests at the back) and the doctor was very nice and loving to our kitty. thank you vsa team :)

I had this misfortune to witness the sound of a cat being run over outside my office this week. With help found out this vet was the closest and open and we got the cat in, to get help (at the very least pain relief). They were amazing. It was someone else's cat and thankfully they had their cat microchipped. The receptionist at the clinic bothered to call me back after I rang to check on how the cat was to say that the owners had been located and were in touch and they knew where there cat was. They went to great lengths where others would not, to ask the team on the first call about the cat, and then to call me back to know at least the owners knew where there cat was. Definitely sounds like a vet I would take my own pets too for the future! Thanks for caring. No one wants to see an animal suffer needlessly.

Just going to say a massive thanks to Dr Dani for taking amazing care of our Polly who had a gastro emergency during Boxing Day! She kept us informed and definitely made me feel at ease, frequently called throughout the two day stay during investigations, surgery and recovery. Polly has finally come home from her regular Vet after a day and so far so good, she is very alert, very cuddly and is slowly gaining back her appetite! If your pet has an unexpected issue after hours or during weekends/public holidays, I would recommend bringing them here because the staff seems to be really professional and obviously very skilled at what they do.
