Highly Recommend this place! Dr Blair is amazing! Her warmness, professional and just the way how she makes one feel so comfortable is very special. Also Patrichia is just so lovely! Thank you for taking such good care of me.
Staff were friendly and professional; my only complaint is about the car park and entry to the building. There is no disability car park, and to reach the front door you have to negotiate an unsealed area which is quite scary for an 83-year old.
The receptionists were helpful and mammogram was business like with a helpful lady however the ultrasound, aspiration and exam were not any reason to encourage me to return. It was good to hear that she said there was no reason for concern however the dismissive manner over my on-going discomfort encourages me to say find anyone else. I used to come here regularly 20 years ago and stopped because of similar experiences.
The staff are incredibly friendly and they offer an extremely high level of care. They agreed a screening plan with me that ensures I feel comfortable that I am being screened in an appropriate way for me.
The last visit was unpleasant, people looked solemn and when you are anxious about your appointment it would be great if the staff could smile, I suspect part of the issue with the culture is to do with the Practice Manager who I raised an issue with and was told ''I think the Senior Medical person may have exaggerated what was said, and also didn't have much of an issue with the Receptionist calling the Senior Medical Doctor "unprofessional'. What happened to a supportive TEAM?
I had a wonderful experience with the entire team at St Marks. The professionalism, care, and expertise they provided was second to none. From the communication with their admin team, through to the procedure with Dr. Carmen Rosu and her lovely nurse, I felt listened to, reassured, and supported throughout. Thank you for all the excellent work you do!
Fantastic service! Explained everything thoroughly and put you at ease. I would have rated 5 but availability of appointments was a challenge with a couple of reschedules experienced. Recommend you book in screening well before due date.
I went for my appointment with them for the first time , and got pretty comfortable seeing their friendly and efficient staff - they were pretty good in explaining me my reports after my mammogram & ultrasound and re further steps and could give me the options. I am glad I was in safe hands & will continue to be in touch with them re my regular checks.
