   Auckland Myopia Clinic is fantastic! I was misdiagnosed with presbyopia elsewhere and my new glasses there didn't help; my eyes were constantly tired and my vision wasn't clear. I came here for a complete reassessment and they correctly identified that I don't have presbyopia and that my old prescription was simply too high, leading to eye fatigue. The difference is night and day. My new glasses arrived today and are perfectly comfortable right away. The staff is professional, the examination was comprehensive, and the price for the glasses was very fair. A strong recommendation from me!

   A few years ago, when my son first became nearsighted, I tried several clinics that specialize in myopia control. Eventually, I chose Vivienne and Gina, and I’ve been with them ever since. Throughout this journey, their professionalism and patience have been absolutely outstanding. Even after we moved from Auckland to Sydney, Vivienne went above and beyond—she helped us connect with a trusted clinic here in Sydney. The sweetest part was that, to save us time, she personally sent all the data to Sydney and even ordered the new glasses size directly. Knowing that my son was uncomfortable with his old, too-small glasses, she even helped us get an urgent fitting appointment. Vivienne and Gina, We miss you so much!

   This is quite possibly the best optometry team in Auckland. Their expertise and outstanding results in children’s myopia control are truly impressive. The clinic is beautifully decorated and child-friendly — kids can enjoy the fish tank or read while waiting, so they never get bored. The exam rooms are cosy, and the optometrists are incredibly gentle and patient. Although the shop is small, it carries a carefully curated selection of stylish designer frames, ultra-comfortable options like Korea’s Tomato glasses, and many new arrivals. Unlike regular stores where walls of frames can feel overwhelming, here it’s easy to find something you genuinely love.

   This five star practise is now located in Parnell providing excellent service. The modern chic decor is fun when you walk in the door. Since my first visit 2 years ago there is now new technology meaning a faster level of service with quick turnaround of my new lenses. Professional friendly service is provided by Vivienne and Gina. Interestingly there is specialist service for kids featuring supercool fun frames.

   We are very grateful to Vivienne and the optometrist (I can't remember her name, she is a very nice Indian lady). Vivienne introduced us a lot of knowledge about myopia and gave us a lot of instructions on preventing myopia. The Indian lady was very patient and responsible when she checked my children's eyes. We appreciate their dedication and professionalism.

   It is the best place in town that I can find out for kid’s myopia control and optometrist. We know Vivienne for quite well because of my daughter who got severe myopia, I was blown away by her enthusiasm and professionalism. My daughter has been looked after well for her myopia. They are a saviour for her vision, her vision is well controlled now.
