   Dr. Nelson Khor is not only an excellent doctor with outstanding medical skills but also an incredibly patient and caring person. Almost all my family members are registered under his care. Dr. Frederick Goh is also a very experienced and trustworthy doctor. The nurses at the clinic are professional and gentle and the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. Overall, this clinic provides exceptional service, and we feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful healthcare team. Thank you.

   I would highly recommend joining Royal Heights Doctors. Both Dr Nelson and Dr Fred are exceptional! Dr Nelson took great care of us while we were going through some pregnancy stuff. He was professional and really supported us (during what felt like a hard time). Super grateful for Dr Nelson who guided us and provided sound advice. Separately, I visited Dr Fred last year regarding my sinuses and he thoroughly explained how to use the sinus spray, what sinuses are, etc. He handled the situation with great care too. Very appreciative of both doctors! :)

   I have never met a doctor as responsible and caring as Dr.Fred. Even when I wasn’t taking my condition seriously enough, Dr.Fred was more concerned than I was. He repeatedly reminded me to undergo further tests to identify the cause of my symptoms and start treatment as soon as possible. What touched me the most was that even on weekends when he could have been resting, Dr. Fred personally called me to ensure I followed up with my examinations. It was clear that he genuinely cared about my health, sometimes even more than I did. When he saw my condition improving, I could see the happiness in his eyes, he was truly pleased for me. Under such an exceptional doctor’s guidance, his student has also become highly skilled and compassionate professionals. This is a level of care and dedication I have never encountered before. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fred to everyone in need of a truly outstanding doctor!

   Dr. Fred is not only a responsible GP but also a kind elder who encourages a healthy lifestyle. Every time I visit him, I learn something new about maintaining good health. He often says he hopes not to see me, as his wish is for all his patients to stay healthy. To help me take better care of my body, he explains the causes of illness and uses images to vividly illustrate the principles behind them. I’m truly grateful to have him as my GP. I also feel sorry for always bringing no less than two issues to each visit, taking up more of his time, but he always patiently explains everything to me. Dr. Fred is a trustworthy and excellent GP.

With little notice, I urgently contacted Dr. Fred for an appointment. Once he examined me, he quickly took action by reaching out to two hospitals to ensure I received prompt care. I was moved to tears witnessing the dedication and effort he put into persuading Auckland Hospital of the seriousness of my illness.
