Ive had a few awesome experiences here in the last month or so! The staff are super friendly and inviting and willing to answer any questions and help ease the anxiety around pets needing surgery, I had my rabbit vaccinated and desexed here and the process was super easy and stress free for me and my rabbits!
Vets North Silverdale were amazing today! Anxiously bringing Frankie in who has not been okay with vets for a long time now. Had such a positive hour there today from in the waiting room to in the consult room. Would always recommend Vets North!

Angela the vet was amazing . Right from the start we felt very welcome and reassured. that is Peppie the Pug, and myself. I was very anxious about the procedure , and A, the vet was very patient and was willing to answer my questions and reply to all my emails. Pre and post op. I can’t thank you enough .
The staff are always friendly and very gentle with my anxious dog. The vet was calm and patient letting Sophie set the pace. She explained Sophie's issues and medication well. Always a positive experience
On our recent loss of Blue our Border terrier, Paula and her team went above and beyond caring for him. Thoroughly recommen them.
I took my guinea pig here to get a single overgrown tooth burred down however the vet burred both bottom teeth down to the gums. This meant he couldn't eat and it also meant his other teeth became severely misaligned and it wasn't able to be corrected enough at an exotics vet. Consequently he then died a few weeks later. After contacting the vet involved they passed the blame on to others in their team I'm sure they are excellent vets but avoid them if you have guinea pigs as they don't seem to understand the basics of guinea pigs dental requirements.

Amazing Vet clinic. Years ago, it was a day like any other, my mum noticed that one of our pet duckies were missing, we went down to look for him and a hawk flew out of the creek. We presumed it had something to do with his disappearance, it did. We put him in the car and took him straight to this vet clinic. There they fixed him up beautifully. He was like a new duck. R.I.P Gherkin 2022, you may have been a runner duck but that doesn’t mean you aren’t flying high. But anyways this is a great Clinic and I know many of the workers who are very kind and welcoming. If any of your pets need help, this is the place to go, I wouldn’t go anywhere but here. Bravo. Amazing Vet Clinic.
Don't hesitate to chose to use this vet clinic .... I can't speak highly enough of the lovely staff and especially the vet Angie who treated our dog. Our first visit and we couldn't believe that we got an appointment for that day, despite renovation disruptions in a very busy clinic. Angie was amazing and really went above and beyond for a brand new client ! Sadly our dog was very sick and I am so pleased we found a vet who was so caring and compassionate . She made the whole process so much more bearable. A huge THANK YOU from us and Starzi.
