   Excellent service from Brianna today in Queen street, Auckland. As a tourist from abroad I needed help re-attaching the arm of my spectacles due to a screw falling out. After 10 mins all fixed and back on the road...many thanks for today Dave G-B.

   Terrible experience. I went in to ask if they could help fix a slightly bent arm on my sunglasses. I was told they didn’t have the tools to fix it, which was surprising considering the sunglasses were purchased there and came with a 2-year warranty. They then said they could use glue to help support it, which I was fine with. A few minutes later, they came back and said they didn’t even have glue and told me to go elsewhere to get them fixed. The level of service was very disappointing and unprofessional.

   Brilliant service. Went in with a pair of frames with a broken screw which Joey and Darren were unable to extract, but moved heaven and earth to find someone who could fix it and eventually just replaced the whole frame with a stock set. Very pleased with the service considering I hadn't bought the glasses from them or even in NZ (Newcastle, NSW Jan 2025). Thanks so much guys. Specsavers now have a loyal client for life.

   I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers. My glasses were loose and out of alignment, and I was helped by a staff member named ERN EJT who was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. He fixed my glasses quickly (with great attention to detail) and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. For me, the way staff treat customers speaks volumes about the values of a place, and the team here really impressed me with their courteous and helpful attitude. I left feeling very well looked after, and I’ll definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!

   Excellent service and care of attention given by the optometrist here, and was well satisfied my eyes were given a really good inspection. Sadly did not get the information I had requested be sent to me afterwards, so have not yet purchased replacement glasses. Had asked for prescription to be sent to me and a quote for some glasses, and received neither.
