   Amazing experience!!! The place was tidy and professional. Callum did the checks on my eye health and they were incredible kind and patient even when I had to redo a couple because I moved. Tiffany was so kind and nice. They were very clear on everything I needed to do and really made me feel welcome and able to ask any questions or bring up any issues while I was getting me eyes tested. Echo checked me out and was incredibly helpful! They helped me take a quick look at glasses and help decide on what glasses chains I should get.

   I recently had my eyes tested at Spec Savers in Silverdale Mall. The optician was very through with my exam. Once finished he introduced me to Alex who was just so helpful in sorting out a frame for me. My old pair were resting on my cheeks and needed to be tilted up which he did for me. Giving me a spare pair of glasses. He was charming to an old girl of 78. Thank you Alex I appreciated your service and attention.

   I was referred to an optometrist via North Shore Hospital whose slit lamp was broken and chose Silverdale Specsavers who were excellent. Ailish promptly followed up my voice message and arranged to fit me in the same day for an urgent eye exam, while experienced Callum was very friendly as he checked eye pressure and imaged the interior eye. Tiffifany, the optician was extremely efficient and clearly very skilled in examining the eye as she quickly diagnosed the retinal tear and immediately called an ophthalmologist at the Greenlane Eye Clinic where I had successful laser treatment that same day. Very thankful for the prompt and expert help from the team at Specsavers!

   I paid over $1000 for glasses that are absolutely the worst glasses that I have ever owned! The staff were very helpful and patient, but I am NOT convinced that the glasses I got are as per my eye test. They were supposed to replace my old scratched pair but I can see less with these new ones than I could with my old pair. FORGET seeing a computer screen or the TV!!! I was only there because of the free AA eye test. . . .BUT NEVER AGAIN! When I complained about them, I was told to "just give it time for your eyes to adjust". Do not recommend.

   Alex was extremely helpful! I've never known there were so many details in a pair of glasses. Alex has been extremely patient to help me find the right frames. At the time of pick up, Alex also spent time to fine tune the legs and nose bits to ensure a perfect fit for me. Hugely appreciated!

   Silverdale Specsavers is the best optometrist around town by a mile! All the staff, but especially Stacey and Ben, the optometrist, took great care of testing and fitting great looking glasses for my mother. I look forward to visiting again for my eye test soon now:)

   I wanted to replace two lost pairs of reading glasses. Callum was very helpful with frame choices and Alex provided excellent information re my lens choices. I bought one pair of Intermediate glasses with a blue light filter for computer work and one pair of reading glasses. Perfect solution

   Called the online hotline and asked if I could order contacts from the shop directly if I got a valid prescription and if I could try out some contacts as well (as advertised online) and they said yes. Went to the store and got told - not possible, I'd have to pay 60$ for a new eye exam/check as they don't accept prescriptions from other stores. What a complete waste of my time!!!
