    Someone STOLE my very expensive diamond earrings there . I left it in the jewellery box in the changing room. I went away from the premises (forgot my earrings in the box) . I called the receptionist. She was of no help except “sorry it’s not there”. I went back into the premises and the staff said that they couldn’t find it. The receptionist said that the room was in use and they couldn’t go back in (and all of a sudden they could go into the room and check because the patient had just checked in and he was sitting outside) . Obviously a long time had passed and there was no sign of the earrings in the room. Initially she said the CCTV was not recording . Then when I said that the insurance company had asked me to file a police report, she said that the security guy will send me some footage. I can’t blame anyone but myself for forgetting the valuable item, but they should have some sort of policy to make sure patients have taken everything ( especially when patients are sedated and elderly) . Or ask patients to leave valuable stuff in sealed bag in reception. I see another review of stolen jewellery items on their Google Reviews a few months ago. Staff were not very helpful. CCTV doesn’t work apparently; even though there are so many cameras around. (None are recording according to the receptionist). Seems like there is no policy on checking the rooms after patients leave . I got treated poorly during the scan too. The male staff at the scanning machine discouraged me to take any break during the 45 minute long scan, even though I was promised I could take a few of tiny breaks. Thank God for the female staff at the machine who allowed me three few seconds break which involved them sliding my body out of the cylinder (without moving my body at all) then they moved me back in after only a few seconds break. After 30 minutes my ears and body heated up so much that I had to beg them to take my headphones off for my ears and the rest of the body down. The male staff simply said “if you move or take the headphones off, I will cancel the rest of the scan”. He was so rude. The female staff then pushed him aside and said to me “it’s okay you can take the headphones off . Are you okay to do another 4 minutes? It saves you coming back. We need some more important scans” . I said I could go longer once I cooled down after a few seconds. They slid me back in. After 4 minutes of extra scanning the male staff called the rest of the scan off. I didn’t finish the last few minutes . I was just told to get off, change and leave. I felt fainty and nauseous as I was walking from the machine back to the locker room. I wasn’t offered to rest or have a drink. I was just told to change and leave. Patients deserve better. This is so wrong. Awful experience overall. I am a medical professional and I do not recommend the place at all.If the staff allowed me a proper one minute break, I would have managed to finish the scans . It is definitely a “profit first” operation. Not people friendly at all. I have never ever been treated like that at any radiography, scan or any other medical facility. Awful place This is what the receptionist emailed me as part of her incident reporting >>>> “Pt had her scan then rang at 1.11pm and Fiona (me) answered the phone. She explained that she had left her earrings in the little box in the orange cubicle room. Another patient was using it by then so I asked for his permission to check the box. There was nothing in it. We looked in the other two cubicles and toilet, and nothing found. Patient came back to site to check with us and have a look herself. I spoke to the patient who wasn't the one directly after her (as she would have been in another cubicle) and she said there was nothing in the box when she put her jewelry in it. I have spoken to the security company to see if they record our cameras. Dylan said they used to save it on site but we don't have a server on site now.”

    My husband had an MRI here recently and we were both impressed by the facility and the staff. When I knew that I had to take him into Newmarket, my first thought was the parking. However, the parking was right at their back door, easily accessible and undercover.

    Went to Trinity MRI in Newmarket for my firsf ever MRI, the place was beautiful, so calm and relaxing i went with my son, husband and father in law the receptionist gave my son some toys to play with and offered my family tea and coffee. The MRI staff, nurses ans doctors were excellent. Highly recommend this place if you need to MRI scans.

    5 stars for sure, felt like I'd walked into a spa resort from the private parking, beautiful welcoming by the receptionist, private changing room, into the private waiting room lounge in a relaxed warm space with dimmed lights, comfy sofas, large projector screen with a relaxing nature channel playing. No waiting past my expected time, straight in & out and then had coffee and a biscuit or 2 before hitting auckland traffic to head home. Thank you to their team :) Hopefully I don't need more scans, but happy to come back though.
