“This Ockham-built apartment building is really great. Build quality is top-notch and the location is fantastic. Once the Mount Eden Station is complete, Station R will be amongst the best situated apartment buildings in all of Auckland City for access to the train, high-end restaurants and bars, and most inner city neighborhoods are easily reached with a short walk or bicycle. Did I mention the views out the back, from inside the apartments? Unimpeded view of Mount Eden in all its glory. MJH (no full name given) is correct that there is construction noise at present (2022-2023) during the day, but this is also true for many many places in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, and elsewhere — nothing lasts forever though except for a short-sighted one-star social media review (mid-April 2022) that should probably be corrected or deleted.”

“5 years now and we still love our North/West corner, large sunny apartment in Scene 3. Spectacular water views and city views. Handy to everything; motorway access, Akl hospital. Walking distance to Uni, Spark Arena, shops and all public transport; even has Countdown next door. I read the previous review I can tell you, do not judge all apartments as equal. We certainly don't get truck noise! In the city some weekends we may hear the boys in there toys. So do most apartments and hotels in the city. But they are there and then gone it's not a major problem. This is city living embrace it.”

“Beautiful scenic farm with wide, clear view of the sunset across green fields. No loud roosters either! 2 boys of 7 and 9 loved it and did not want to leave. They fed and pettec the pigs, chickens, ponies and alpacas each morning. The 2 pigs were a big hit. 1 was as friendly as a dog. They also loved the trampoline.”

“*I only stayed 1 night!* For me, doesn't deserve the low reviews. Yes it's a little dirty but nothing crazy. For a cheap hostel, it's good. No, I didn't see any bedbugs in my bed and the sheets looked clean. Overall it's totally fine, like obviously not a nice hotel but who cares. Front desk staff were very friendly as well and tried to give me the lowest price possible. It is pretty loud though but that's because everyone is just having a good time and generally just being happy.”
