   The building manager was very rude. I went to view the apartment at an open home day and the building manager was being rude since he met us. I felt he had a very bad day. We came 10 mins late and in that 10 minutes he already finished the open home that was very weird. Also the advertisement says three bedrooms and there were only two. When I asked he mentioned there is something wrong in your mind. Like seriously???

   Not good. Avoid if you can. Fire alarm would set off around 1am by unit rented for social housing.

   Rented here more than few years back. One day I parked at the Guest Parking at the side of the building and within minutes got clamped and fined a few hundred dollars when I was only trying to move a big item from my flat to my car. Told the management who said she "couldn't do anything". I will never forget this. If I don't get my money back, I won't change my star rating and I'll never recommend anyone to live in this complex or purchase any of the apartments here.

   With train tracks on the right side and main street on the left, the area is always very NOISY. Common area in the building is FILTHY. Building management team was very RUDE and very good at threatening people exactly like a previous review stated.

   Mid range accommodation that features appartment style accommodation in Parnell. About 15 mins walk to the Cory centre, the landing offer easy and affordable accommodation for residents in the CBD of Auckland. The appartment has a gym, basketball and tennis court for it residents making this an all round mid scale appartment complex.

   we've lived here for over a year and we've been constantly harrassed for silly things sometimes extremely late at night by the property managers, extremely rude, not tennant friendly. B&C love threatening the tenants to remove personal property with no authority. Super noisy complex, rent super high for a complex that is not up to standard for what they charge. we strongly advice to reconsider your stay here.
