   My family and I just checked out today we throughly enjoyed our stay our room was clean always had fresh linen daily our condiments topped up daily service was amazing staff friendly and helpful we had a change in our plans requiring us to stay an extra day and process was easy and the staff were accomodating and the location was so convenient ngamihu ki a koutou katoa

   This place was so filthy and run-down that we checked in and checked straight back out that’s how bad it was. I wouldn’t have let my dog stay there, let alone a paying guest. The room was disgusting..dirty floors, foul smell, stained bedding, and just an overall unhygienic environment. Nothing like the photos online. It felt unsafe, unclean, and completely unacceptable. We immediately raised the issue and asked for a refund, but they’ve refused, and Booking.com has been useless in helping resolve it.I’ve followed up multiple times with no response. This place should not even be listed. Avoid at all costs. You’re better off sleeping in your car!!

   I'm giving it a 3*. Because manager on ground duty is awesome to deal with. But actual owner is not so good. If the owner communication were as good as duty manager then it would 5*. Room is up to standards, security cctv is awesome with beep key entry. Clean sheets/towels and other bed linen stuff. Has Skytv, wifi, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, 2 elements to cook on, microwave. But no landline in own room. (Some motels I've been in has them) but this one doesn't But overall owner needs to up her game with communication.

   Fresh clean sheets I love it, air conditioning unit perfect, private secure parking and thumbs up for the sensor security gates, everything was awesome except for cooking facilities....a microwave is that all?

   Room Was 2 Bedrooms for $180. Good Price. 3/10 for Cleanliness. Couch Covers are Random. Random Single Matress behind fold out couch in Lounge area. Old curtains. Thought rooms were ok - Good enough for one night. BUT we woke up the next day and My daughter had been bitten - Bed Bugs. Bathroom was Great - The shower pressure was also Great. Pea Nuts on the Sofa (Not from us). Old Fridge and it Rattles and Ticks when turned on so we turned it off so we could watch T.V in peace.
