Terrible place. The residents scream and holler all day and evening and no one does anything about it. As a business next to it, I can not open my windows in the afternoon for any reason these days as there are children screaming as loud as they can for hours and hours.
-Building manager is great -Gym is very limited -Garage is a nightmare! You have to squeeze your car into an elevator to get to your parking spot. All too narrow. -Windows/doors are poorly insulated. Cold all the time in winter. Wasting lots of energy on heating. -Construction noise on Lorne street for half a year already. Weekends too, starting 9am. -Fri&Sat I sleep with earplugs because of retarded Siren & racer boys harassing the CBD. -Only one power provider, mandated for every apartment. Expensive.

Things to bear in mind before moving in: Your electricity provider is set. Only one company is able to provide the entire building with service. If you try to set up power with another company, they will simply say that they can’t find this building in their database. This company that provides power is Smart Power - therefore they can charge whatever price they want for electricity and hot water. Believe me, it is incredibly high.
Very nice apartment building
Unprofessional, money hungry management. Dirty when i moved in, rusty kitchen floors, filthy bathrooms. Gym equipment rusty and falling apart, swimming pool heating always broken. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Moved out a month ago and still haven't received bond back. Cheers :)
