   Excellent place to stay, fitted all four of us and was very clean. Extremely good value if you want to be overnight and close to the airport. Nice airport shuttle. Definitely recommend.

   Thank you to the receptionist there! Big hug for you! We booked for the wrong date but thankfully the receptionist let us stay and switched our dates Thank you! Very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable! Nice and fresh smell when you walk in. Was great! Will highly recommended!

   I was extremely surprised by Auckland Airport Motel—in the best way possible. As the cheapest hotel option in the area, I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this place completely exceeded my expectations. The room rate includes a private transfer from the airport, which was such a relief after days of travelling. Didn’t have to wait around for the yellow bus—the lovely lady who picked me up was so welcoming. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly, which really made a difference after being on the road for so long. It’s those small touches of excellent customer service that turn a good stay into a great one. The Room was Immaculate. Beautifully styled with a minimal aesthetic and spotlessly clean. I was really impressed with the attention to detail. Towels, toiletries and no odours in the room. Facilities: Full kitchenette and fridge Laundry facilities on-site Excellent shower with great water pressure Surprisingly quiet despite being so close to both the airport and main road The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and value was unbeatable. I was so impressed that I actually came back and stayed again within a week of my first visit—something I rarely do with hotels. Highly recommended for anyone needing accommodation near Auckland Airport. Don’t let the budget-friendly price fool you; this place delivers quality service and facilities that rival much pricier options.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

   We were hestitant to book because of the reviews. But after staying here I can not image that the ones about dirty rooms are about this Motel. We did not expect much but were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. The location is perfect for getting to or away from the Airport. They even made a late checkout possible and we could use their Shuttle Service later. Would recommend.

   Choose this place because it was the nearest accomodation to where i needed to return the car, off-peak. We checked in in the evening and everything was smooth - (1) place to park outside our room, making tranferring of luggages to our room so much easier (2) the receptionist was such a dear.. she even remembered my offline qns about the shuttle back to the auckland airport (yes there is, just ask and reserve a slot the night before).. so soft spoken and gentle. The room is not exactly spacious but its enough for 3.. cozy and clean as well. Well recommend.

   Good place to crash for the night before a flight out the next day. Clear after hour check in instructions were sent the day of. Room was clean. Bed was decently comfortable. Biggest negative was walls are paper thin. If you have neighbors you will hear them.

   An overall good stay here at Auckland Airport Motel, however there were definitely some things that let it down. Motel is in a fantastic location, close to the Airport, plus all the off site, Rental Car and Parking Places, and also the Airport Shopping Precinct. The State Highway 20 Motorway is also easily accessed. I was really thankful to be allowed to Check In early, so I could dump my gear, before flying off down Country for the Afternoon. The Lady at Reception was extremely friendly and easy to talk too. Excellent directions to my room at the back of the complex. The exterior of the Motel is showing age. However the property is in a state of complete renovation by the looks of it, with pretty much all rooms around mine fully gutted and unoccupied. This made for a INCREDIBLY peaceful and quiet night, as all the other guests were in the other renovated rooms at the front on the complex. My room, had been renovated and still had that fresh paint and furniture smell. The smell outside the unit, was not so nice however, with a strong Sewage smell that was very offensive. Certainly meant I could open any of the windows. Parking was available directly in front of all the rooms, which made loading and unloading a breeze! The room was tastefully decorated, and I could see a lot of thought had gone into the layout, and also storage options for Suitcases/Gear ect. The main part of the room had a Large King Bed with crisp, clean linen, and also a comfy couch in front of the TV on the wall. The TV just had the basic Freeview Channels. A small Kitchenette lay against the back wall, which had all the basic stuff you would find in a Motel. The bathroom, also had been renovated, and was quite spacious. Large Vanity and a big sliding door shower. Shower pressure wasn't great, but definitely adequate. All the towels were white and fluffy. The Toiletries provided were good quality and there were plenty of them. I had a very quiet, comfortable and restful night here at the Auckland Airport Motel. However I do have some gripes. - The Air Conditioning Unit was covered in Mould! (Photo attached) Like absolutely filthy and dangerous for people with Lung Issues. No way was I going to even turn that thing on. Better to take my chances with the windows open, smelling sewage on this muggy Autumn night. This really does need to be addressed by the Motel and Cleaning Staff. It is a Health Hazard, and it is clear these AC Units have not been touched in a LOOONG time. - Some of the Cutlery was pretty grubby and dirty. Clearly not washed and dried, rather just used and thrown straight back in the drawer. Gross. - a small gripe here, but only a few tiny pottles of UHT Milk provided. Oh what a difference a small bottle of fresh milk makes!!! So all in all, a good stay here. But definitely was not impressed by some of the Cleanliness. Get that up to scratch, and this place will be one to go to! The rooms have definitely been renovated nicely and tastefully. And the price was excellent for the offering.

   Clean and descent room. Be aware that shuttle isn't available late night ( we self checked in around 11pm). Three taxi denied us to take us here because it's so close from the airport.
