   Friendliest staff members , always happy and accommodating. We have stayed here several times . This is our go to motel within Auckland. Comfy beds , beautiful spa bath , good pressure showers . 5 min drive to local Botany town mall , super markets , restaurants , gyms , service stations. Uber friendly area Highly recommend

   Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Mold in bathroom channels that were meant to be available were not, and they say the rooms had Netflix, but unless u have a Netflix account, you can not watch.

   I needed a place to stay after a home renovation project extended to another day. Botany Palms was the best priced motel I found online in the area. I got a deal from Agoda offering $80.00 per night. Within minutes of booking, I received both an SMS and email from the motel, letting me know of check-in procedures and contact numbers. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by reception, and the check-in process was quick. Plenty of carparking was available. I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and genuine warmth of welcome received.

   Stayed in this motel for couple of days and ℹ highly recommend all the staffs are very friendly especially Archie she assisted us in our stay and she’s very approachable. We stayed at room 10 and the room is big, the bed is comfortable.

   Stayed here for a week while visiting family and friends. The room was clean and tidy. Even warm during Auckland's winter. Decent sized bathroom and how nice it was to have a kitchenette including a stove top. Staff are lovely and friendly. So close to all areas south east and a 5min drive to the shopping centre. I will def look at booking again next time I come home.

   Recently stay at the Botney palms motel for a week on business. Room cleanliness was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I did find it to be a very noisy location as it’s located on the main road and doesn’t have double glazing. Also the curtains aren’t block out so street lighting makes the room very bright at night. So didn’t have the best sleep.

   Very reasonably priced and very friendly staff, rooms are clean and neat with everything you would want. Rooms are warm and dry and the bed is very comfy. My partner loved the spa as she's missed having relaxing baths. It's very close by to a lot of nice restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be making this our go to when we visit family and friends in Auckland.

   Absolutely perfect stay! We stayed for a week while visiting from America and everything was perfect! Rooms, beddings, and provided dining ware was all clean! Everyone at the front desk was incredible and so nice!! Nice and close to shopping centers and restaurants, just a 5 min walk away.
