   Spacious room near Westfield Shopping Mall with plenty shopping options while bus stops are right opposite the motel. Accommodating staff and manager. Clean and smells good. The room can be a bit warm due to water boiler in the unit but once window and door are opened for a short while for some fresh air, it will be comfortable enough to sleep. Fan and heater are available.

   The motel is in the very central Epsom, close to all the shops and restaurants. Clean and tidy with fresh linens and towels. Can't expect more with this price.

   I have to say the service is absolutely impeccable, and comparable to any five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The architecture reminds me of LA, with the palm trees and split units. Definitely a lot of thought put into the place, and the owners are very accomodating for amenities necessary. I’d recommend renting a car to get around. Would absolutely stay here again.

   Second time staying here and has been perfect everytime! Comfy bed and crisp bedding/towels, awesome shower pressure, quite, free car park, very close to medical clinics for day surgeries, amazing staff (they will even accept a negative covid-19 test which is an absolute bonus and non judgemental inclusive of all). Only downfall I found would be that when someone is running hot water in another room the shower will go cold until they turn it off and would be good if TVs were upgraded to support streaming services like Netflix so people can log onto their own accounts other than watch national TV, other than that I cannot fault it and would 100% stay again!! Keep up the great work guys ❤✌

   Not the best of places we have stayed needs updating now. Tiles in bathroom needs grouting as the edges are sharp. Served its purpose for two nights as all we did was sleep and shower there. However be aware it's very noisy on the main road. (To be expected)

   In the process of being renovated inside and out. Our room had just been done - new bathroom, kitchen, carpet and paint. Nice size. Good position for accessing motorways and buses. No air-conditioning

   The rooms were outdated, and although they were clean I found someones shoes and a teat under one of the beds which leaves me to question how clean they really were? There's no air conditioning so the room was very hot even with the front door,bedroom sliding door and windows open. The bathroom facilities were great, great shower. We stayed 2 nights so we were fully equipped with fresh towels etc on the second day which was great, the only downfall was that the coffee and sugar wasn't restocked and only 1 hot chocolate sachet was re-stocked for day 2, so day 2 and no coffee for breakfast didn't go down too well. I think the motel also has permanent residents which is great for them, not so much for us as they were quite noisy and one lot were quite unsavory looking not what I was expecting when I book to stay at a motel. The staff/management however were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Price was great $129/night, however I wouldn't stay here again I'd rather pay extra to stay somewhere a bit nicer.
