“Impeccable service! Today, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by the wonderful Arzana (thanks to the emailed receipt i was able to find her name) at North Beach. From the moment I walked in, her genuine warmth and kindness made all the difference. Despite my anxiety (which I hide well) she greeted me with the most sincere smile, instantly putting me at ease. Arzana went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of Crocs for my teenager. She patiently searched through the racks, even kneeling down to ensure she found the right size. When she couldn't locate it, she seamlessly guided me through other options, her helpfulness never faltering. Her thoughtfulness shone through when she asked if I was a member. Though I was unsure, she took the initiative to check using my number anyway, and to my surprise, I was indeed a member! She even pointed out a discount that had been applied for my recent birthday, which I hadn't noticed. Her attention to detail and proactive assistance were truly impressive. As I left the store, bidding me farewell with a genuine smile, I couldn't help but feel immensely grateful. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a delightful experience. I can confidently say that the $100 spent today was the best investment in any store this year. Please convey my deepest gratitude to Arzana and commend North Beach for employing such exceptional individuals. “I brought these All bird shoes about 6 months ago and these have been the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I use them at the Gym and around the shops usually. However…. having recently been travelling- I found them to be super comfy for on planes and long days. I used them recently for gentle but steep tracks hiking over seas and found them to be very safe, well made, breathable and flexible. I do have a bad habit of slipping or twisting my ankles and these have made me feel much more confident while out and about on little adventures (plus they allegedly have a low carbon foot print) Super happy - I’ll prob go back and get a second pair for a trip to Europe mid 2022.”
