   I had recently went to Kathmandu Pukekohe and I have got to say the staff members are really rude and racist. I had walked in with my family wearing our cultural attire and one of the staff members (European/White) was incredibly racist and looked at us as if we aren't humans because we are a certain race. The lady at the counter kept looking at us as we were walking around and giving us very bad looks. She was just leaning against the counter on her phone staring at us. My sister made a comment about something and the lady swore at us, laughed and said something. We ignored it and left. These staff members should be fired as they can't take care and help out their customers as customers should be their first priority. Horrible experience, never coming back here again.

   Avoid this shop. The clothing is locked to the racks and the uninterested staff were clearly annoyed when they have to unlock the clothing for you to try anything on.

   The clothes are fine but I would prefer to shop at retail store that is not involved in political activism. The treaty and the government's handling of Maori relations is a hot topic in the media right now but why is it necessary for Kathmandu to get involved with the flying of the Maori flag inside the store? Could we keep the politics outside of our clothes shopping please.

   Just had the best experience at Kathmandu Pukekohe with a lady named Courtz. She was SO nice and SO helpful. Not overbearing but provided help when needed and told me what to look at for the best bang for buck. Would go back just for interactions with her again! Real asset you have for your business!

   Has overemphasised the sale of clothing to the point that they have little other useful outdoor /tramping stock. Wanted a simple guy rope for a tent- they don't sell them.

   Uninterested staff. No greeting or even can we help. As 2 staff members talked and leaned on the counter, no one in the shop but us. Not even a good bye. Purchased tent at Hunting and Fishing.

   I went in today to enquire about getting another windbreak for my shelter and the lively lady who served me told me that they could no longer get one in, but someone had returned one with a broken pole and she gave me the windbreak for free. I was totally blown away and it totally made my day
