    Picked up a click and collect today on the way home and the lady in the store was fantastic. Super friendly and relaxed, effortless rapport, and really good service - confident in what she was doing. The store is one of the best Hype DC outlets I have seen for layout and atmosphere - and I know this will sound super weird - but it smelled really nice. What ever scent you have going on up in there, keep that up! Loving the new kicks as well!

    Amazing customer service from Chris at this ponsonby store ! I had an online return and after having a weird experience at the new market store where I was told I couldn’t return my online order I called Chris at the ponsonby store. He was really helpful and even tried to find a replacement or alternative sneaker for me. Will definitely be back to get my next pair of sneakers from Chris! I recommend going to the Ponsonby location and avoiding the new market store.
