   I have enjoyed great service and advice from this store since I moved here. I love my Stihl tools and have them checked here regularly to avoid problems.As a woman on her own it is reassuring to know that I have a knowledgeable, supportive team just down the road. I also appreciate their advice … from how to avoid flooding my weed eater to which type of nylon is best. Keep up the great work.

   We brought my uncles chainsaw into the store to get a quote for repair. The manager told us she would look into it. After hearing nothing for several days, we phoned the store to follow up. We were told that the chainsaw had already been repaired and that we would need to pay a hefty bill on collection. We were totally appalled that no one had contacted us to confirm whether we wanted to go ahead with the repair. We just about had enough funds to cover it - we were appalled that no-one had let us know of the cost when we specifically asked for it. When we collected the item, the manager was not present, but a staff member explained that the manager would call us to clarify what had happened. The staff member acknowledged the process that should have occurred, and agreed that customers should be contacted before any work is done or charges are incurred and this was their usual process. Several days passed with no call from the manager, so we phoned the store again. The manager was still unavailable, and to this day, we have received no follow up or explanation. After using the chainsaw (after it was 'repaired'), the original issue wasn't fixed so we've ended up wasting money and time on this and we have now got it fixed by another company. Would highly recommend avoiding this store. It's been an awful experience. A note to the store- if you want to reply to this, go ahead but please have the decency to actually call me with a reply too. You have my number

   Unbelievable - one expects service to get better when things are tough? Not for them - cant be bothered writing long windy story but if you are looking for timely servicing done do not go near these guys!

   wasn't happy as only needed a bulb for primer replaced . Told them not to worry about any other issues but they went ahead and drained the oil. was quoted between $20 &$30 but ended up costing me $45.80 wasn't happy as I'm on old age pension with no male to help. thought that was over the top since the thing only costs $5.00 to replace. probably go smwhere cheaper nexttime. heard they were a rip off but it's near me and had to push it to get there as no car

   Super unhappy with the work. I have purchased a brand new Honda lawn mower from them and within 4 months the lawn mower started having issues with the self drive of the mower. Sent that for service stating the issue of speed and service. After week they said it's ready to go. We got the lawn mower but it wasn't fixed. We sent back the lawn mower again to them with same issue they said it's fixed now. When we checked it on site it wasn't fixed. But due to lots of lawns overdue I had to take that and I returned it in a week for fixing the issue. After that it took 2 weeks for them to fix it stating it was my fault. Absolutely bad customer service and still they are saying no gurrenty that it will not happen again. Having this kind of service absolutely pisses me off when you have to consider the down time for the business. And it's not even 6 months from purchase.
