    ⭐ 1 star Extremely disappointing experience at Tanoa New Zealand. Their online hours said they were open, but no one answered the phone-and when I arrived, they were closed. No updates on their website or social media about holiday hours. Customer service was just as bad. No greeting, no smile. When I went to pay, the staff behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me-just kept working like I wasn’t there. Total waste of time. I’m returning the clothes I bought and won’t be shopping here again. I’d rather spend my money somewhere I feel welcomed and respected.

    Love the clothing but the customer service is a let down. No greeting, No Smile, No acknowledgment just staring as we walk around but as soon as someone walked in that she knew she was in the most cheerful attitude.

    Love that there is a Tanoa shop in Auckland, NZ. Found the prices really reasonable and some good sale items too! (For eg little girls dresses were on sale for $20). Great range to cater up to larger sizes as well as clothing for men. Would shop here again (great if you’re looking for a nice island number).

    They need to update their website with available stock. On the website it says in stock when in actual fact it is not when you go into the store. I would have given a 1 star if it werent for the lovely young lady that took the time to help me find the outfits for me and my children.......

    Very happy with my purchase! I bought 2x kids dresses, and 1x kids shirt. I bought on a Monday, and rung up on the Tuesday to ask if they could be sent asap because I needed them for Friday, and they arrived by overnight delivery on Wednesday. Super stoked! My kids looked awesome for their culture day at school. Thank you Tanoa Team! Highly recommend to all.

    Recommend by my daughternlaw n no regrets brought these for my mokopuna(grandaughter) love them, a little over priced for the kids selection hence my 4star specially with the adults selection starting at the same price,also need more variety for lil toddlers but happy with my purchase.

    Staff need to learn what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is. I turned up at 9.00am on a Saturday - Opening hours displayed in window..but shop closed. After waiting 20 minutes I left. 3 others waiting as well. Others I know who have visited shop found staff very unhelpful. I like your clothes but will think twice about returning!
