   I visited this store around 6:30 PM today and walked out feeling absolutely shocked and insulted by the level of customer service I received. The young woman at the counter — whose name seemed to start with “T” — was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I approached. She ignored my greeting, refused to make eye contact, and acted as if interacting with a customer was an inconvenience. Even when handing me the receipt, she deliberately looked away and avoided any basic courtesy. The entire interaction was cold, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable for someone working in customer service. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that this has always been my favorite toy shop in the mall. The male staff members have consistently been professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful — which is why I have always enjoyed coming here. But today’s experience completely ruined that. I have never left a store feeling this disrespected and frustrated. Management needs to seriously address this. Proper training is urgently needed, because no customer should ever be made to feel this way.

   I visited this place recently and was really disappointed with the attitude of one of the girls behind the counter. She seemed to have no sense of how to speak with customers — her tone was rude and unprofessional. I was there for just 5 minutes and saw her being disrespectful to multiple people. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, she showed zero effort in that area. Really hope management addresses this.

   Glenfield mall staffs are a bit RACIST! Their way of handling and talking should be changed!!!! I came with my Prezzy Card. Forgot to sign on the back of the card. When he asked to see the sign of the back of the card to match with the sign on the receipt, I remember I didn’t signed on the back of the card so, I signed the back of my prezzy card in front of him & mentioned I forgot to sign before. Then he said,”the sign on the receipt and the sign I put on card has a good match!” It is obvious that both sign will be same! The way he mocked seemed like I faked something!!!! If he had doubt he could have ask for my ID. Moreover, as the payment gone through it is even none of his business to investigate! However, at the end I didn’t say anything,rather smiled & said,”good night!” But he didn’t reply! From my part there was not even a bad word or misbehave! Rather I smiled back on his mocking!!! Better check this sort of behaviour!!!

   Went in on a Saturday, store very busy and still tidy and well presented. Originally came in for 1 but ended up getting 3 presents because of the great specials!! 2 female customer service team both very helpful and engaging, offering help etc to all customers around the counter area! Owner or manager came out, also very helpful with pricing.

   This Toyworld is the best I’ve been to. I took my youngest here on the weekend as he’d been pleading with me for more LEGO. I was blown away by the selection on offer and the fantastic service we received (and left with a very happy young boy of course). Highly recommend this store. Chris and the team will look after you!    Huge shout out to your staff member tonight (Josh we think?) who helped my sons with their lego purchases. You were knowledgeable, clearly love what you do...and my boys had one of the best shopping experiences ever! They now both want to work with you at Toyworld as soon as they are old enough!
