The staff member, Stephanie, was exceptionally patient and kind in helping me try on various boots before I chose the perfect pair! She didn’t rush me and I did ask to try on quite a few pairs, but she was patient with me and even recommended a few that made my decision even more difficult to choose from. The atmosphere of the store was also pleasant. I definitely recommend not only the quality of the shoes from Robin Pierre, but the staff are friendly and the store environment is pleasant.”

“Went to Rebel Sports. No service ,no stock of shoes I wanted , staff not interested in helping customers I got brushed off. Went to Sketechers spoke to a customer services girl who was extremly helpfull , found a model I liked and though they did not have my size gave me the product SKU so I could buy online which I have just done. Talk about the difference between chalk and cheese.I was in sales for 40 years and I know good and bad customers services when I see it and good customer service is getting hard to find . “We have been going to this pharmacy for 34 years, it has been in business for a very long time. From what I can remember Leanne has now been the owner for over ten years and had run the business before that, she is extremely, very knowledgeable and just a wonderful person who know's her clients well and the regular clients fully trust her and her great staff. She must be as good a boss as well as she really does keep her staff, training most of them along with their university studies and they get well qualified but stay working in the pharmacy, which speaks very highly of Leanne's quality as a boss, mentor and friend. This pharmacy is in the very center of Howick so is super convenient, best by far in the Howick region.”

“Love this op shop! They often have great quality new items from some top retail chains (must be donated due to minor quality /colour issues) in stock! A bit more expensive than the rest but normally worth it. Only downside is there is no loyalty club :-)”

From the moment I walked in, her genuine warmth and kindness made all the difference. Despite my anxiety (which I hide well) she greeted me with the most sincere smile, instantly putting me at ease. Arzana went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of Crocs for my teenager. She patiently searched through the racks, even kneeling down to ensure she found the right size. When she couldn't locate it, she seamlessly guided me through other options, her helpfulness never faltering. Her thoughtfulness shone through when she asked if I was a member. Though I was unsure, she took the initiative to check using my number anyway, and to my surprise, I was indeed a member! She even pointed out a discount that had been applied for my recent birthday, which I hadn't noticed. Her attention to detail and proactive assistance were truly impressive. As I left the store, bidding me farewell with a genuine smile, I couldn't help but feel immensely grateful. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a delightful experience. I can confidently say that the $100 spent today was the best investment in any store this year.
