   I always have awesome service at Nike Christchurch but today’s experience was outstanding. I was greeted by Oscar as I walked in, he checked in on me as I was shopping, and served me at the counter. He is a phenomenal ambassador for the Nike store and brand, and a friendly and caring customer service presence in-store - perfect for Christchurch as we enjoy our busy time in tourism. We had a very interesting chat about Kiwi sport and he was always keeping an eye on the counter in case anyone needed assistance. Thank you Oscar for an epic experience today (and I love my purchases thanks!). Go well, Suzanne

   Have spent the last couple of weeks looking for some new shoes that would support my training at the gym. I went in last week and had the lovely Aroha serve me. She was patient, accommodating, and gave great advice. I returned this morning hoping that Aroha would be there so I could buy the shoes from her, and she was! Overall, outstanding, friendly and knowledgable service. Highly recommend.

   The team at Nike new market went over and above helping me pick the right pieces for Father’s Day! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hans who has a wealth of knowledge in streetwear, style and the various fits of Nike clothing to match the intended wearer! He was able to listen to my descriptions and find exactly what it was I was looking for. Such a warm atmosphere walking into their new store! Will deff be back for more in the future! Cheers

   During my visit to the Nike newmartket store, I was greeted with very good customer service and was given excellent advice on clothing and what to buy. The retail assistant who helped me was Hans, and with the help of his team, i felt comfortable and enjoyed my time there. I 100% recommend shopping there and give full props to Hans and his team.

   had an amazing experience in the store with Hans the other day, he was a great help as i normally have trouble finding shoes that fit me properly because of my weird foot shape. Hans and the team were very helpful and patient with me and my partner. five star rating from us and we will definitely be back soon for another taste of that amazing service and vibey atmosphere.

   I’ve paid for a Men’s black loose windbreaker style jacket (DA0271-010) from the Newmarket Nike store in Auckland NZ on the 27th Feb. 2021. The only one they had in the size M had visible zipper bite marks on the centre front zipper guard and they didn’t have any “brand new ones” at the back. The female shop assistant who served me at the Newmarket told me that she will organise a new one to be sent out to my house. I received the jacket today (the 5th of March) after chasing the order on the phone yesterday. When I called the Newmarket store, a guy picked up the phone. He said there is an EXACT size M jacket that can be sent to me from the NM store. I have kindly explained THE one at NEWMARKET has zipper bite HOLES on the c.front and I would like a BRAND NEW ONE from the other store (coz that’s what I got told by the girl on Saturday). He was lovely on the phone. He said he will call me back after checking with the St luke store. He called back swiftly and told me the new one has been “shipped” from the St Luke Nike store. The jacket I just received has the EXACT zipper marks on the center front!!!???? How dishonest is that? They sent out the same one from the Newmarket store saying it’s a new one from the ST Lukes? It was shipped without any plastic sleeves. So angry and disappointed!!!! *I wouldn’t have bought the jacket on Saturday had I known I will end up with a jacket with the holes!? **update** (March 2021) They’ve sent me a brand new replacement jacket. Very prompt. Professional. The service was great
