   Booked my pet in, explained my suspected problem of my pet. The lady on the phone only asked for my first name, nothing else. At appointment time, the receptionist then realized I was not their REGULAR customer as they assumed on the phone because she heard the wrong name, her bad, not mine! Then told me they are not taking new clients. I said I can go but she said it's ok and gave me a form to fill. Then she went into the vet office and loudly said to the vet how she got ALL my information over the phone but I wasn't who she thinks, like I'm the liar to get the appointment. As she came back out, since I was feeling so unwelcomed, once again I offered to leave and she seem a relief that a new customer should go due to her/their fault. Then she ask if my pet would be ok as we were leaving. What a funny and caring question!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm shocked and upset by their irresponsible work ethic, the disgusting arrogant attitudes, not willing to honor the booked appointment when it's their fault. I will not recommend this vet... opps, can't, because they said they don't want new clients! Zero star!

   Our cat Roy has been a patient at Pakuranga Vets since we first adopted him. Given that Roy wasn't very healthy when he arrived, we've been constant clients and have received excellent care from Dr. Sasha, Dr. Heidi, and Dr. Jenny. All the doctors are true professionals: incredibly attentive and wonderfully kind to their furry patients. A huge thanks also goes to the team of nurses and the front desk ladies! Thank you, Team Pakuranga Vets.

   I rang about having our old dog put to sleep as she was unable to walk or eat anymore.The receptionist straight away said we were full and not taking any more clients.She went on to say "Even if we were to take on another client,it would have to be approved by the board first". This happened a few months back ,but lucky we found another vet willing to help us on that same day.We weren't looking to sign up ,just to get help for our old dog.

   So happy with my choice to change vets, Pakuranga vet appointments don’t have long wait times. The care has been second to none and a very empathetic and caring team. Top staff, top service and great pricing. Love the kind phone call from the vet to check in on our Bella after her recent lameness. Such knowledgeable vets with great communication all the way through a very challenging illness in our cat.

   This is the best cattery. My cat stayed here every time when I hv vacations. Recently I have moved to Aussie. My cat was planned to stay for a few days before the pet transporting company to pick him up. For some logistic reasons, my cat has to stay for extra 4 weeks. I was so blessed and thankful that the team is very helpful and accommodating. They took in my cat with very short notice and it was over Easter time. It was a stress free experience as i know my cat was in the very capable hands.

   Such a friendly, welcoming and caring vetinary service. At last, I've found somewhere to take my fur baby. She is normally very wary of strangers but has really taken to Jonathan. The ladies at reception are friendly and seem genuinely interested in your pet.

   It a great veterinary but l see a different vet everytime l go in and it would be nice to see the same one at least a few times. Our cat behaves perfectly for them. Clean premises clean rooms. Reasonably priced.
