   We’ve always had fantastic experiences with the team at BayVet for our two dogs, Frankie and Bauer. Our senior girl Frankie has needed a couple of surgeries over the years, and the team has consistently been informative, experienced, and genuinely friendly - which makes such a difference during what can be a pretty daunting time as a dog owner. The whole team is great, but a special shout-out to Dora, Vicki, and Sophie, who always go above and beyond. Highly recommend BayVet to anyone on the North Shore looking for a quality vet with fair, competitive pricing.

   Our kitties have always been in safe, gentle, and experienced hands here! Thank you to Drs Dora, Kit, Paul and Shaun, and all the wonderful vet nurses and reception staff (Karen is a gem!!) for their care of our cats, especially Bertie through his recent hospitalisation - they took our concerns seriously and responded promptly, keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. They provided us with a lot of reassurance (and even humour!) through some really scary times - our lil family is forever grateful.

   My semi-wild female cat Snowflake needed medical attention, but she isn't easy to deal with due to her huge fear responses. They dealt with her kindly and within 24 hours, she was almost back to her old self again. They stated she was very good. She had a long-acting antibiotic, an xray and bloods taken. Squeaky was treated 5th Apr 2022 as her eating was poor and she appeared to have a sore leg. I had taken her to a different Vet previously for treatment and had her bloods done. I was told she had mild inflammation. When I asked what I could do for her, I was fobbed off. I was worried about her as she had lost weight. BayVet listened and she got an antibiotic & anti-inflammatory injections and now she's a different cat. She is eating well and playing again. I have to say it's so good to have a Vet listen to the owner, do an assessment and then give a suitable treatment. It puts my mind at ease. I am usually quick to pick up a change in my cats.
