   I have a King Charles Spaniel that needed to be desexed. I phoned around for the best price. Although Royal Oak Vets were not the cheapest, I am so happy that I chose them. The staff are just awesome people. Kind and caring to both animals and humans. Recently my dog ate some rat bait in the garden. What drama that turned out to be. Stacey the nurse and Dr Frazer the vet, were fantastic!! Thank you Royal Oak team for your kindness when the puppy owners are stressed about results. I’m so happy my friend suggested your Veterinary Care.

   What a beautiful, caring & professional team - I am so grateful that a practice of this quality is so close to my home. Came in with my cat who had a mystery injury on her leg. Every check up, the vet has been so gentle with my cat, as well as thoroughly informative & considerate of my budget. They gave me a full written diagnostic of their findings & concerns, answered any questions I had & even a phone-call check-up the next day. Probably more expensive than other vets around but incredibly worth it bc they truly want the best for your pets. Thank you :)

   Dr Glenn Fraser has been my vet for all my fury babies and am grateful he saved one of little girl a number years he’s extremely thorough throughout his examinations he’s not one to sugar coat it. His attention to details is commendable. It is very rare to find a vet that is so compassionate and someone that trust with my fur children he is very caring.    Took my cat here for annual check up and vaccination, the staff were polite. The vet also, polite but I didn't feel they took the time to do a proper checkup, asked very few questions to ascertain information about my pet or do a full check. I also didn't feel the environment was particularly secure or cat friendly, my pet is very calm and gentle, but I can't imagine a stressed animal, especially a cat being that secure. I also felt that the waiting room/entry is not cat friendly as I watched other owners have to place their carriers on the ground to open the door awkwardly, if there had have been a dog in such a small area it would be stressful for the animals. Granted my pet has previously only been to "cat clinics" that are especially set up to be as stress free as possible, but having worked in animal welfare I feel just a few little improvements would go a long way.

   Been with my cats several times and always a very good experience. They were so supportive when my cat passed away and I felt like he was looked after by them and treated with respect. Another of my cats is very difficult to examine and I'm very impressed with how they handle him and keep him calm. I drive out of my way to come to this vet clinic for the service and staff, they truly care for animals.
