“Lewis C at the queensgate store today was friendly and awesome!! (Name taken from my receipt) My family and I went in at a super hectic time and were all good to wait a while for assistance as everyone was busy with customers. Managing a retail store myself, I know it can be hard to get to everyone when the customers out number the staff in a big way-but Lewis made sure everyone around him was being looked after and constantly checked in on us, as well as keeping us in the loop if he was going to be a couple mins longer than normal getting my son his shoes or checking sizes on the computer as he had 2-3 customers to look after at the same time as us. We would have been totally understanding if he hadn’t said anything along those lines as we could see he was busy, but it really stood out to us that he took something like that into consideration and he built really great rapport with my 9 year old. I haven’t had customer service like his in a really long time and If my store wasn’t a space that only hires female staff, I would have 100% approached him for my own store haha!”

“I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I really felt I had to share my experience at Skechers, Queensgate. I had a wonderful visit today. A young lady named Vandhana served me, and she was absolutely amazing. I tried around six pairs of shoes, and while some people might get irritated with that, she stayed so patient, active, and helpful the whole time always with a smile. I ended up buying three pairs of shoes and left feeling genuinely happy with the customer service I received. I had visited the store last Monday and, honestly, the experience was a little disappointing. But today was completely different this time it was amazing”

“Went in today with my family as i saw you had a sale on shoes, was looking for some new kicks for the kids but unfortunately there were no sizes available for the ones we wanted - no big deal. The staff member that was serving us was absolutely lovely and really helpful, I'm not too sure of her name (long dark hair) she was working the front this late afternoon. Honestly hands down the nicest person that has ever helped us, she was so kind to my 5 year old daughter - my child practically wouldn't let her go. Also i must mention it wasn't just us that she was exceptional with, a few other customers came in while we were browsing around and we took notice how polite/helpful she was to every customer. This girl needs a raise and a promotion!!!!!”
