    Was having trouble finding heels at the last minute for a winter wedding, as I can't tolerate squished up toes or cold feet. The sales assistant was very patient and helpful, and eventually found me a square toed shoe that met my needs. I was so grateful for her help. The shoes stayed on all night, my feet were fully covered and warm with no discomfort whatsoever. Pricey (even on sale) but worth it.

    Brought some nice boots. (Staff in the shop were great) Unfortunately the sole started delaminating after 1 week. Returned them to another merchant (Christchurch Colombo St) Response was they will not replace them and the best they can do is send them off to be glued back on. Pretty poor, would expect better for Shoes of that price. Update, I have contacted your customer service through the link you posted twice and have had no response.
