Worst service at Petone store. If we didn't have an account I would've left and shopped somewhere else!
Bought some shim stock online for a project, ordered at midday, was here midday the next day, very impressed! Petone store has a great range of quality tools and engineering supplies.
Amazing service by Matthew in Petone. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store is huge, has a huge range of products and there are heaps of car parks. They also stock lots of great tool brands. Highly recommend this store.
I returned a pair of boots due to finding them uncomfortable and was purchasing another pair. I had Mike helping me throughout and what a superstar he was, my experience was seamless, professional and Mike was very knowledgeable. Blackwoods Petone look after Mike as he's an asset
This company has had an 0800 number for years where you are not able to phone a branch in the weekends. Individual branches advertise as being open in the weekends with their respective hours of operation but when you try to call them they say itβs outside their hours of operation. Shop service is great but online orders take forever. NZ Safety Blackwoods, if you value your customers then allow your customers to be able to contact individual branches. Your rating of 3.9 is very substandard.
Counter staff are useless , need to rethink if they are suitable or be retrained in customer service , never any stock , disappointing when you want to spend money
Very disappointed to only discover this store in 2023. Grateful for the staff member Paul that took his time to advise me on the product I was after. Top service, Top store, Top experience. Well done. Highly recommend.
Being served by a lovely lady, very helpful and informative, really friendly and approachable, had a good chat, got what I need with some tips and advice, such a pleasant expeirence. Reminded me of the good old Kiwi way that talking to your local shop people felt like talking to family/friends.
Stock was clearly and plainly laid out, staff will take you straight to what you ask for/about. Brilliant store, brilliant staff, brilliant service. Only 4 stars because you can always do better. How? I don't think you could've done better today.
