“Went to Bay Shoes in Lower Hutt this morning......had not been there for years. The young man who served me had the most exceptional customer service !!! His knowledge was second to none and nothing was a problem. Didn't get his name but I will only shop there from now on...and I live in Upper Hutt......a true asset to the business !!!”

Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions.
