“Went to Bay Shoes in Lower Hutt this morning......had not been there for years. The young man who served me had the most exceptional customer service !!! His knowledge was second to none and nothing was a problem. Didn't get his name but I will only shop there from now on...and I live in Upper Hutt......a true asset to the business !!!”

When my jacket came back the result was not what we were hoping for so I wasn't charged for the jacket alterations at all. Outstanding. Because they have staff that are abundant , available , friendly helpful & kind ... The specials are often far better value than the others . The policy of refund & replacement is seldom called upon but when it is the result is immediate which insures customer satisfaction . The wheelchair one may borrow suits this old biker who enjoys visiting his friends that are friends”

“Some time ago I brought in my puffer jacket to be mended after it got ripped when I was knocked to the ground in a car accident (thankful for a quality jacket that helped cushion my fall). The staff were really lovely and the team in Chch who did the repair did a wonderful job, and charged a very reasonable fee. Love my jacket, it keeps me super warm even on the coldest winter days and it’s lasted for years. Thanks heaps ☺️”
