“Went to Bay Shoes in Lower Hutt this morning......had not been there for years. The young man who served me had the most exceptional customer service !!! His knowledge was second to none and nothing was a problem. Didn't get his name but I will only shop there from now on...and I live in Upper Hutt......a true asset to the business !!!”

When my jacket came back the result was not what we were hoping for so I wasn't charged for the jacket alterations at all. Outstanding. “Went in today with my family as i saw you had a sale on shoes, was looking for some new kicks for the kids but unfortunately there were no sizes available for the ones we wanted - no big deal. The staff member that was serving us was absolutely lovely and really helpful, I'm not too sure of her name (long dark hair) she was working the front this late afternoon. Honestly hands down the nicest person that has ever helped us, she was so kind to my 5 year old daughter - my child practically wouldn't let her go. Also i must mention it wasn't just us that she was exceptional with, a few other customers came in while we were browsing around and we took notice how polite/helpful she was to every customer. This girl needs a raise and a promotion!!!!!”

“Some time ago I brought in my puffer jacket to be mended after it got ripped when I was knocked to the ground in a car accident (thankful for a quality jacket that helped cushion my fall). The staff were really lovely and the team in Chch who did the repair did a wonderful job, and charged a very reasonable fee. Love my jacket, it keeps me super warm even on the coldest winter days and it’s lasted for years. Thanks heaps ☺️”
