   Went here for shoes yesterday, and the service was terrible. No greeting when I entered, and the staff was cold and unhelpful. They clearly didn’t want to assist—short answers, no effort to help with sizes or styles, and a really unfriendly vibe the whole time. The shoe options were okay, but the bad service isn’t worth it. Skip this place if you want to be treated nicely.

   I’ve bought my running gears from the Cuba Street branch aand never had a single issue. I really like The Athlete’s Foot. Their fitting tech is awesome and they have a great range of shoes (ASICS, Saucony, Hoka, NB, Brooks). I was even planning to pick up a pair of Endorphin Pro 4 for my upcoming marathon from here. So today (20 November 2025) I took my son to the Queensgate store to get him fitted. The staff couldn’t have cared less. When I asked for help, they looked unamused, brought out one pair after a 3D scan, and it was clearly too tight. They made zero effort to find anything suitable or even try to make a sale. Honestly, it felt like they were on a mission to tank the brand’s reputation. I left without buying anything for my son and I’m reluctantly giving this outlet 1 star. We’ll be heading back to the Cuba Street store this weekend instead. Very disappointed.

   Staff were extremely unhelpful and were hiding in back of store not attending to customers. Saw another two customers come in and leave as they weren't approached for assistance. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to come and assist and finally had to approach desk and call out for someone to come out. Was then advised that don't stock anything below a size 7 and no alternative option provided and was really dismissive. Store needs to be more inclusive with range of sizes that they carry and teach staff about customer service.

   Was helped by Carlos who 3D scanned my foot and showed me all the best options of shoes for my foot. Was extremely thorough and detailed when explaining everything to me. Guttered the size was out of stock but ended up grabbing them from the online store. Great service! Great experience!

   Excellent customer service. Brought out shoe options that were within a tight budget ($60) and my daughter really liked! No shame or pushiness at all. The 3D foot scanner was cool too. This was the 4th or 5th store we'd been in for shoes, so glad to finally have found some that were a match.
