   Poor customer service. Tried to return a pair of jeans my son bought online but because I took the tags off, I still had them, they wouldn't change them. I took them to Just Jeans Coastlands and they had no problem swapping them. A lovely woman, Connie, served me there. I live in lower hutt but will be going out of my way to Coastlands next time I buy jeans. Maybe Lower Hutt staff need some training

   I always dread buying jeans. Nothing ever fits right. I feel like I'm in between sizes and what fits my thighs never fits my waist. I tried on a few and was about to admit defeat when I thought I'm going to ask for help and I found Marie. She was amazing. She actually got me a bigger size in a pair so I would feel good when it was too big for me. Its a small thing but it meant alot to me. She helped me find 2 pairs of jeans I felt amazing in. She gave me advice on how much they would stretch, what would be a good size for me and I left extremely happy. Thank you Marie. You are a star!

   I've always found shopping for clothes very stressful. When I went into Just Jeans at Queensgate I didn't think it would be any different. The young girl that help me made this occasion the smoothest most pleasant shopping experience to date. She went out of her way to make sure I chose the right jeans for me and didn't complain when I asked for something different.

   Great selection of clothes at brilliant prices. I felt very well looked after and had a wonderful shopping experience. The lady that helped me (Kimmy I think) was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to help and suggest styles, sizes and leg length based on what I said I liked. She hit the nail on the head and I walked out with a awesome pair of jeans that fit great. Would highly recommend ⭐

   Received absolutely no service by a woman named Simone in this store. I approached Simone to ask for some help however she was uninterested, unhelpful and in no way friendly or genuine. I was left feeling like I was a massive annoying burden to her aswell as feeling unwelcome and just a huge pain! :( I cant understand why this person chooses to work in an environment of customer service when honestly I’m quite sure she despises it... Would really recommend more training even if it’s just basic human kindness...
