   Went in on Saturday and this girl I think was the store manager , I believe one of the other workers there said her name was Sharon, was absolutely rude, was trying to get her help with a suit for my 15 year old son but she kept walking away and what seems like she rolled her eyes at me when i was trying to get her attention. I don’t know how she is in retail with an attitude like that . Very disappointed with the service

   My Partner Paul and I went into Queensgate lower Hutt 8/3 looking to purchase the Suit package we were served by a lovely girl who was in training, most helpful and friendly. Paul was very happy with purchase well done team.

   The other day I went to try on clothes and I picked up a few items of different sizes because I'm a very large person. And a guy who works there told me that I can't try on more than 4 items of clothing that don't fit me. What's all this attention about? They're not going to tell me what and how many items I can and can't try on.

   It can be awkward as a woman who loves suits, shopping at a men's shop but I had the BEST service from Mia yesterday. She helped me every step of the way, checking in that I had the right sizes, even ordering in the suit jacket I wanted as they didn't have the colour in store. It was so wonderful to have such great customer service while clothes shopping. It made things so easy. Definitely not the kind of experience I've ever had shopping at women's stores. Thanks Mia, you're awesome! Would definitely shop here again for my next suit.

   Customer service I give a zero!!. I was walking around for a good 10 - 15 minutes. No one came and asked if I needed assistance. I even had to move things so I can find the size I need. When I was served at the counter all they would do was gossip. I overheard one customer complain about getting no service. Do better Hallenstein Queensgate.
