We had one groomsmen in Christchurch and another groomsmen in Wellington. Justin had fantastic communication and was very organized at getting the suits ready for pick up for the wedding. He had attention to detail and the alterations for my husbands suit was perfect. Highly recommend βΊοΈ
I would like to say what an amazing job Justin did helping me sort suits for my wedding, my dad, now husband and 3 groomsmenβs. He really went over and beyond getting the correct measurements, calling each week making sure we were keeping on track with the timeline. Made a half hour booking but Justin didn't rush my decision making process - the session took just over an hour because Justin gives his full and undivided attention. Justin asked me questions and this helped form my decision making. I recommend this store.
If you like good quality suits from a New Zealand owned company, this is the best place to get it at outlet prices. A step up from the popular Hallensteins and Barker suits. Justin the salesperson is knowledgeable in advising how to alter so that it fits you perfectly.
Awesome service. Grady was very helpful in finding a good, well-fitted and well priced suit. Very pleased with the upgrade in quality from my old hallensteins one.
Exceptional service. My suit was sent away to get tailored and it was ready to be collected in less than a working week. The staff member was very friendly and incredibly helpful. When my jacket came back the result was not what we were hoping for so I wasn't charged for the jacket alterations at all. Outstanding. First experience with this store and it definitely won't be my last.
