    Absolutely outstanding service! I went into the Lower Hutt store and a staff member with awesome tattoos helped me find the right socks. He was super friendly, helpful and funny. I’d also highly recommend to shop here if you’re looking for good quality socks. My last platypus pair lasted 4 years!

    I never leave reviews on google but I've always been so impressed with the customer service and staff here. They honestly are a rad team and just make it a real joy shopping in there store. (That being said from someone that's worked many years in retail) Today I phoned up and had Dino answer he was wicked - he helped with all my querys and helped resolve my issue all the while keeping up a great conversation and generally building that customer loyalty. You guys rock and totally deserve the positive recognition.
