This is for the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ever. It was my partner’s birthday yesterday and we paid a quick visit at the Queensgate store yesterday to buy a shirt for birthday dinner. Without realising the store sells only bigger sizes. Anyway first we got ignored even after asking for help and then we were called stupid by the only female staff to have visited the store. Upon confronting the woman at the store started yelling as if visiting the store was a crime.
I recently visited this store three times to kit out my husband and two sons for our daughter’s wedding. All tall big Samoan boys! Each visit the staff were super helpful, and never made me felt like I was being a nuisance with all my indecisiveness! Thanks especially to Tama making all my exchanges seamless and to the young boy who’s just started, you are a star! Beaming smile and nature, all the best young man. Thanks team!
My fiancé and I went to the Queensgate branch to start looking for his wedding suit. We were served by Daisy who gave us the best customer service I have ever received. She got in items that were almost gone for us, went above and beyond, and was just an all round amazing person. I just wanted to say a big thank you to her!
I do all my shopping at the Hamilton Johnny Bigg store and have always been looked after from the moment I walked in the door. Queensgate on the other hand is a different story. I was ignored by the staff completely shame on you Queensgate Johnny Bigg I'll stick to the Hamilton branch
Go see "Sam the man" in here, such a lovely darling with great customer service. Great stylist and has an eye for detail when it comes to dress suits. You Sam have great fashion sense! keep up the great work darling x
I just wanted to share some feedback on the amazing customer service i received at the Westfield store on Friday 14th of April. I came in late morning under very emotional circumstances and the 2 members of your team were so patient, empathetic and caring and went above and beyond to help me in my distressed state. Im sorry that i didnt get your names at the time but please know that your compassion and customer service was exceptional and so appreciated and you deserve some recognition in helping to send off an amazing young man, looking handsome as ever in the shirt he had picked out previously from your store. Signage designed for the customer to fail Why on earth do you have a stand saying chinos and shirts buy 1 get one 50% to then add jerseys to the stand is it to get a more expensive sale? and not be able to weasel yourself our of the higher purchase. I take some responsibility for not reading the sign properly but the fact you put these items on the sales rack is a total have grrr shame on you...trickster JB
