Lauren the Manager is exceptional in her service...I am also in retail so know the key points to look for with customer service. The store is always clean & staff being friendly, professional every time I shop there. Good old fashion service is always the key to customers returning plus love the stock you have :)

I rarely post a review but am doing so this time because of the excellent service I received by the sales team in this store, I was looking for boots, shoes & a cardigan. The ladies helped me find all three, I am so happy with my purchases & I took my time trying on the different options because I never felt rushed. I only felt like nothing was a problem for them & they were only too happy to help. Was a really nice shopping experience for me.
Went into the shop today and got welcomed as i was looking around,was asked if i need any help as they could see i was on a mission. That mission was completed within minutes. Shop looks amazing and the customer services was excellent 100%. Thanks ladies for making this easy as . Keep up the great work .
I was walking past Ballentynes today (actually on my way to get sushi around the corner) when I spotted a neat clothing range in the window. I popped into what I have previously thought was an older ladies store and left with a gorgeous pair of jeans and short cut cardigan. I am a fashion forward 35 year old who is always looking for a range that makes me feel great and keeps on trend. This clothing range/ brand is from London and I think the price and style is next level. The label is 'Brave Soul' and I will be back for more! 25% off at the moment. The service was really helpful and friendly- I think Ballentynes might be for more than just the "older ladies". Can't wait for people to get a surprise when they ask me where my nice jeans are from!
I took a friend in to buy clothes for her 50th wedding anniversary. Found the perfect outfit in 2 minutes of being in the door! Staff were amazing changing rooms were big enough for me to help and admire my friend. Lovely shopping experience.
