They have always given me good advice without being too pushy. They have been around for a long time, and know their stuff. Prices are good for a bricks and mortar shop, and their selection is good.
I came into the store nervous because I wasn't sure how to specify the exact shoe I was looking for, but Reinhard was absolutely fantastic and helped me pick the perfect shoe. He was very attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and a lovely person to talk to. I'm extremely happy with my purchases: a pair of shoes and two pairs of socks. I have more of an understanding of how important it is to take care of your ONLY two feet. I also love the points system, which do not expire.
Rob was an absolute legend, not only a great guy, but his service was second to none. A knowledgeable runner himself, he not only had insights into the shoes, but also in relation to running. A 3D scan of my foot highlighted that one of my feet is slightly shorter than the other, which also happened to be the foot I'd had pain in while running. I took my shoes along as well and Rob pointed out my newest pair were half a size bigger than my previous pair and that this may also be causing the issue. I ended up with a pair of Hoka Arahi's, but also know what my next pair will be too. I drove all the way from Miramar and will be back for future purchases. I cannot recommend this store enough AAA+++
I came into the store today looking for a new pair of trail running shoes and I experienced absolutely fantastic service from Reinhard. He spent over half an hour with me talking through all I needed to know and was so patient and helpful when answering all my questions (even after I’d walked round the store for the 8th time trying to decide which pair to buy).
