“This is the best Chinese restaurant we have ever been too. The waiter was lovely and helped us choose some foods that we were undecided about. Very good prices on the meals and just the food quality is amazing. We got the crab and prawns in a chilli sauce and it was some of the best seafood we’ve ever had. We ended up going twice on our 4 day trip because of how good it is”

“Pop in there awhile ago with some family members for dinner, out of the five of us I was the only vegetarian, I was very happy with the selection of meals I had to choose from, my meal was very tasty and great, I know the rest of my family were very happy with their meals, The staff were great and friendly and were very helpful with any questions you may have when you are having trouble ordering, their prices are good you really get your money wroth here, they do sell liquor here but it’s also BYO but if I remember correctly it’s little charge for being your own, overall it was awesome night, it’s awesome to have such a great Restaurant in the heart of Newtown!! Thank you”

“Great service, very friendly helpful guys, cheapest supplier around and I tried the 4 big brands. I brought too many bales of batts and they very happy to accept and refund me. I see in another review something about staff unwilling to move stacks around on a Saturday showed up about the same time on a Saturday on a long weekend and they quite happy to move stacks around (third stack in at the bottom so was a bit of work)”

“You won’t go wrong with Regals if you’re after authentic chinese cuisine or a fantastic spread of yum cha. They have a great variety to choose from their menu and are often packed, so do book in advance. Parking is ample around the streets however one inconvenience is the lack of an elevator, which might not be accessible for the elderly etc. I’ve also added some videos from chinese new year where they often have the lion dance performance which is entertaining for all.”

“Got here and there's only one guy working, alarm bells start ringing. They were NOT warranted. Despite working by himself the guy got our food to us in pretty quick time. The food was spectacular! The wife had the cheese burger with was quite sizeable! I had the Roadhouse burger. Both came with fries which were well cooked. The aioli that came with the fries was super tasty and not just overpowered by garlic. As for the burgers, WOW! Perfectly cooked patties, crunchy coleslaw, tasty sauces. I was joking with the wife that I could have easily eaten the triple Roadhouse to win the cap. I could not have. The patties are huge! The venue? Very comfortable seats well decorated as an American Roadhouse would be. Very happy guy working behind the bar. I can't fault anything about this place. We will definitely be back!!!”

“I like this place. I like it a lot. I didn’t actually eat in but I got the garlic butter cream they sell there and I’ve been using it in my cooking and wow it is so good. The people working there were so nice and awesome and I think as a community we should go here more like it is just a cool awesome spot. Catch me here getting falafel soon.”

The food was delicious with really generous portions, and everyone commented on how consistent it was given the size of our group. “My go-to lunch restaurant. The food here is delicious, great quality and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and offer great service and the restaurant is always clean. They also have some delicious vegetarian options. Highly recommend the vegetarian don if you don't eat meat.”

“Stopped into Pepes on Saturday night. Ordered the Prosciutto Pizza and it did not disappoint. Noticed it has new managedment too..One of the best crusts i have experienced on a pizza and fresh ingredients! Place has been tidied up really nicely and was nice n clean. Pizza took around 10 minutes. I fully recommend a visit to Pepe's pizza if you want great pizza.”
