My go-to lunch restaurant. The food here is delicious, great quality and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and offer great service and the restaurant is always clean. They also have some delicious vegetarian options. Highly recommend the vegetarian don if you don't eat meat.
Lady at the front is rude and a rip off. Trys to give the smallest portions for full price. Has also sniggered and commented on my order in her language when I ordered a large amount. Not cool.
The middle-age man shouldn't be a front facing customer. He was extremely rude. He just stood behind the counter, ignoring the customer. As the first time customer in a restaurant, I asked how to order the food since they display many containers at different prices. He didn't respond to the question. So, I pick one container and ask him to fill it with chicken. He said no, can't do that. Then I asked them how do you sell it. He whacked a menu and said order like this picture. I was stunned to see a customer representative this rude. I ended up getting my food filled in a paper bowl, a completely different container than those displayed. It won't take a minute to explain to the customer while there were no other customers in the restaurant. I was thinking of supporting the local shop, but I would never go there again. Horrible experience.
We had a great experienced with their food. Fast delivery. Accurate food served. The price is worth it with the taste.
The staff were excellent and went above and beyond! They didn't have to accommodate me as much as they did but their service was excellent and I'm thrilled by my meal!
The middle-aged man was extremely rude to us today. We are not locals and didn’t know the chicken bowls automatically came with sauces but had to stop the man midway from preparing our food since our son has food allergies and can’t have mayonnaise. We still decided to get the first bowl prepared for us anyway but the man was like dumping our food in front of us, rolling his eyes and acting very annoyed. The young lady at the cash registry also kept asking “excuse me, is that all? is that all?” while I was still having a look at their sushi range and felt rushed so just ended up not getting anything for myself. I get it they’re in a busy district and probably used to the lunch rush hour but they just opened and there were no other customers yet besides us so why the rush? Anyway the staff in this shop need to work on their customer service.
Gotta get in quick all the goodness is gone by 1pm usually. Nothing amazing but good straight up fresh sushi and great katsyu chicken. Also Much better value than most chain sushi shops.
