We had such a great Christmas party here! The staff were super friendly. The food was delicious with really generous portions, and everyone commented on how consistent it was given the size of our group. The Christmas crackers and table settings were a really nice touch too. It was a fantastic night - highly recommend :)
We dined here as a group of eight with a reservation and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite booking for 8, our table was set for 7 and we had to ask for menus. Service was slow throughout the evening β we waited close to an hour for starters, which arrived after our mains. While the meals were nicely presented and the flavours were fine, both the pork belly and chicken dishes were stone cold when they arrived. The chicken was meant to include asparagus but was served with green beans instead, with no explanation at the time of ordering. Dessert, which should have been warm, was also cold. We were told the restaurant was very busy, however there were only two other tables dining and many empty tables, which made the delays and issues hard to understand. Most disappointing was the lack of any apology or acknowledgement of the problems raised. A real let-down for what should have been an enjoyable group dinner.
We had a lovely relaxed first course only dinner for two. Menu has good range of options. Tasty food that was delivered in a nice waiting time. We enjoyed a drink from a good list as we ate. Wait staff were attentive with good timing in offering to get drinks, orders etc. We reserved a table as last time we came it was very busy.
Had a great father's day meal. Great food and service, the lighting was a little dark to read the menu clearly would be the only criticism. Also had a great discount using restaurant hub early table booking. Will be back soon.
The food was a hit or miss situation and for the price i was expecting more. Seasoning was decent but for what I ordered I was expecting runny eggs not mostly cooked. Even the order of poached eggs on toast were quite sad. The Salad was very nice and the right level of salty and fresh in the Caesar Salad. The saving grace was the team, super kind and accommodating and working hard during a busy time. Typical Sunday atmosphere so nothing special felt very peaceful. I would try again during an quieter time and maybe a main. Hoping something on that menu will stand out more.
Was there for a private function, so was in the upstairs function room. It worked really well as a number of us had hearing issues & being able sit 12 around a square table away from general restaurant noise was excellent. Great service too.
Pleasantly satisfied with our lunch today. Hadnβt been here in years due to feeling it had gone downhill. Today my mind has been changed. Good wholesome menu and nice attentive staff.
I recently visited the Supply Room Restaurant in Mana and overall, I had a positive experience. The food quality was excellent, and the range of menu options available was impressive. However, one issue that I encountered during my visit was slow service, which was particularly noticeable during peak hours. While I didn't mind waiting, it was frustrating to see other customers who arrived after me being served before me. Additionally, I found the portion sizes to be on the small side, which may not be enough for those with larger appetites. Another area where the restaurant could improve is in their attention to detail. My order was prepared correctly, but I overheard another table complaining about their order being incorrect. While mistakes can happen, it's important for the restaurant to prioritize accuracy and consistency in order to provide the best possible experience for customers. Overall, I would recommend the Supply Room Restaurant for the food quality and atmosphere, but be prepared for potential wait times during peak hours and smaller portion sizes.
Celebrated my 50th birthday dinner here. I would like to thank the dinner service on Wednesday 26th April 2023. The staff were diligent and efficient, very pleasant and happy throughout the evening. Food was well presented with a savoring taste of wanting more. My family and friends were very impressed with the service. Thank you for making this special day a memorable one. You guys rock!
I highly recommend Supply Room as a venue to have any function. I had me wedding reception here a few weeks ago and it was picture perfect. I couldn't fault a thing. The staff were wonderful- super friendly, professional and very accommodating, nothing was a problem. Even recommending a band for the entertainment (which we had and he was fantastic)! The food was top quality, plentiful and delicious. We were the first function to have a buffet meal there and it went off without a hitch, catering for over 80 people, our guests commented on how perfectly the beef fillet was cooked and complemented the chef. To top it off the views are stunning looking out over the sea, the perfect back drop to go with a perfect evening. Thank you so much to the Supply Room and all it's staff, thanks to you my wedding day was more than I ever imagined.
