The sausage was undercooked, there could be the option of having the roll toasted especially since it was getting past being fresh. It was disappointing while eating it that a souvalaki was only $3 more.
Really sad how poor this has become. They no longer have the excellent tiger buns, just day old hot dog buns that are too small for the weiner. Sauerkraut straight out of a tin sitting on the counter, and the selections of mustard have been reduced. To cap it all off no box to put the food in just a napkin.
Ordered a double banger and a single and was charged $52 when it should have been $30. I wonder how many people thave been over charged because they don't check the amount being paid at the point of time as we use paywave. This happened at the most recent All Blacks game on the 24th September. The store was located near to Entry H and is run by a male and two younger females that could be his daughter. *Contacted Fritz Weiners's and they arranged for the franchise owner to get in contact with me.
Has a lovely straight to the point menu. They serve great food in a great way. Would definetly recommend.
These are the best sausages in all of Wellington, the perfect snack after doing your groceries at the Sunday Market. If you go here I would highly recommend the mild Double Banger (Two sausages in one bun) as it is so perfect. Overall an awesome food stall
My partner and I come to the night market almost every week just to get a fritz weiner sausage. It's really good and quite popular as sausages are almost gone sometimes when we come to buy.
Awesome wieners, opt for the saukraut. Great people, beautiful views of the waterfront.
