   The weather wasn’t great today, but the place was still busy with lots of customers. You could tell the staff had a long and busy day, yet they remained friendly and warm. The waiting time was a bit longer than usual, but that’s totally understandable. The pizza was delicious as always.

   Always know what you get at Sal's. Good service and staff, consistent quality. Parking is a little difficult. There is woolworths across the street, limited street parking and some at the back of the row of shops.

   Sals by the slice ... if you are lucky. Depends what the have in the cabinet. If you are vegetarian and they only have meat pizza in the cabinet then too bad. Sals pizza hack - if you ring up and order a slice that is not in the cabinet, they are happy to cool the pizza for you to get a couple of slices, but if you go into the store and ask for the same, they will not cook it for you! I have previously gone into the store and they didn't have any Nonna in the cabinet, so I walked out and phoned up and ordered slices - they cooked them for me! The slogan should not say 'by the slice' because it depends.

   Takeaway pizza joint, so the atmosphere isn't fine dining or anything. The pizza is great tasting and authentic. Not too hard on the wallet either. $20 for the little neck combo: two huge slices, 3 garlic bread knots, and a can of drink. Good snack or small lunch size for 2 people, or one meal for a hungry person :)

   Been there once and once only. Half of the menu wasn't in stock and the wait time was very long. Pizza didn't feel very warm. Garlic knots seemed quite chewey and gave me a sore jaw. Sals in the CBD is better. For now, going to stick to Hells Pizza Newlands...

   The pizza and garlic knots are excellent, if they arrive. I've ordered twice from this outlet. Once, the order arrived missing some garlic knots. The second time, the order was cancelled twice in a row. TLDR: Good quality food but unreliable service.

   Best pizza in Johnsonville. Went here to get some lunch and this did not disappoint. I orded the little neck combo which was fabulous. I got one slice of the Nonna and one slice of the Buffalo. The Bufalo pizza was good but in my opinion the sauce was a little overpowering but that was just me. The Nonna pizza however is really good and I get it everytime it's amazing. The garlic Knotts are also very good especially when dipped into the marinara sauce. Value wise the Little Neck Combo is a little expensive at $19 for 2 slices, three garlic knots, dipping sauce and a can of your choice but the quality is very good and I felt full afterwards. Overall I'd highly recommend sals if your in Johnsonville and want to get some pizza.
