   They left the holy loaded fries out of an order I placed tonight for 5x pizzas + other sides. Realised as soon as I arrived home and they wouldn't deliver, or refund or offer any form of compensation for their mistake. Expected me to drive all the way back for the second time for their error.

   Ordered a purgatory pizza pick up arrived on time to be told it would be ready soon. No problem. After waiting 20 minutes and watching people come and go I went to the counter to ask if my order was ready. The guy was apologetic and said yes here it is then proceeded to tell me I could have checked earlier ummmmm what. Got home pizza was cold thought oh well. Buy into my second piece and there was some sort of flaming burning hot chilli on it. Not going back will stick with Strathmore never have problems there.

   Was a little gutted went to buy their new special pizza which was called “The beast” their take on a traditional pepperoni pizza, or so they say. Ordered via phone and went to pickup as I live a short distance. By the time I went to eat my pizza it was COMPLETELY cold, not just warm but completely cold. I was pretty disappointed due to this being not the first experience but the third! No more giving the benefit of the doubt. I’d rather the Cuba street or Bond street stores.
